- Ziploc bag
- 2 lbs of stew meat
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ cup of flour
- 8 oz of baby carrots
- 24 oz bag of chopped yellow creamer potatoes
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 oz packet of Onion Dip mix
- 1.5 oz packet of beef stew mix
- 2 cups of beef broth
- ½ stick of butter
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- Add to a Ziploc bag:
- stew meat
- black pepper
- salt
- flour
- Shake up the bag to make sure the steak bites get fully coated in the flour mixture
- Add to the slow cooker:
- Ziploc bag ingredients
- baby carrots
- yellow potatoes
- onion powder
- minced garlic
- Onion Dip mix
- beef stew packet
- beef broth
- Mix all the ingredients together until combined
- Slice half a stick of butter into thin slices and add them into the slow cooker
- Set the slow cooker on high for 4 to 6 hours or low for 8 hours
- Optional: serve with rice
