Loaded Baked Potato Soup

  • 2 lb bag of frozen hash browns
  • 1 oz packet of ranch seasoning
  • (2) 10.5 oz cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 3 oz of bacon bits
  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • 8 oz bag of sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • sour cream
  • shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • bacon bits
  • green onion
  1. Add to the slow cooker:
    • frozen hash browns
    • packet of ranch seasoning
    • cream of chicken soup
    • bacon bits
    • cream cheese
    • sharp cheddar cheese
    • garlic powder
    • black pepper
    • chicken broth
  2. Mix all the ingredients together until combined
  3. Set the slow cooker on high for 4 hours
  4. Once it’s done mix the ingredients well again
  5. Optional – top with sour cream, sharp cheddar cheese, bacon bits and green onion
  6. Serve and enjoy!
