Garlic butter steak bites and potatoes are one of those meals that just hit every time, and the crockpot makes it so easy to throw together. Everything cooks in that rich garlic butter and turns into a super flavorful and filling meal.
This recipe is packed with flavor from the garlic, butter, and seasoning that all come together as it cooks. The steak turns out tender and the potatoes soak up all of that flavor which makes every bite so good.
It is super easy to make and perfect for when you want something filling without a lot of effort. It is one of those meals that feels like comfort food but is really simple to throw together.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days. The butter may firm up a bit as it sits, so when reheating just warm it slowly and give it a stir so everything coats the steak again. It reheats really well and still stays flavorful.
Letting it cook the full time is key here. The slow cooker breaks the meat down so it becomes really soft and easy to eat.
Yes, if you want them softer or to cook faster you can cut them smaller. It just helps them absorb more of the flavor too.
This might sound good, but adding mushrooms or onions works really well with the garlic butter flavor and adds a little extra texture.
