Leftovers/storage

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days. Since this is a pasta dish, it will thicken as it sits, so when reheating just add a little sauce or water and give it a stir to bring it back to the right consistency. It reheats really well and is just as good the next day.
