Baked ravioli is one of those meals that feels like a shortcut lasagna, and this crockpot version makes it even easier. It layers together perfectly and comes out cheesy, saucy, and so satisfying.
This recipe is packed with layers of sauce, cheese, and ravioli that all come together into a rich and comforting dish. The cheese melts perfectly and gives you that classic baked pasta feel.
It is super easy to make and perfect for busy nights when you want something filling without a lot of effort. It is one of those meals that always comes out good.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days. Since this is a pasta dish, it may thicken as it sits, so when reheating just add a little sauce or water and give it a stir to bring it back to the right consistency. It reheats really well and still tastes just as good the next day.
Using mozzarella and parmesan together is key here. The mozzarella melts into that stretchy texture while the parmesan adds a little extra flavor that brings everything together.
Layering is what gives it that baked pasta feel. It might seem like an extra step, but trust me it makes a big difference in how everything comes together.
This is honestly filling on its own, but garlic bread or a simple side works really well with it.
