  • (2) 10 oz cans of Rotel Mild
  • 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 cups of shredded Mexican-Style cheese
  • 2 cups of baby spinach

  2. Set the slow cooker on high for 2 ½ hours or low for 5 hours

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days. Since this is a pasta based dish, it may thicken as it sits, so when reheating just add a splash of broth or milk and give it a stir to bring it back to a creamy consistency.
